We offer weekly Workshops on buying and/or selling in this market.

These are small, casual gatherings of never more than 3-6 participants at any one time.

We spend about 45 minutes to an hour discussing the following topics:

• How to be a successful buyer in this market


• An important math lesson on real estate purchasing


• A market research segment on the current housing situation


• A review of contracts & important documents you must know about before making an offer

These workshops take place in the privacy of my home office every Thursday night.  They are free, there is no obligation.  The purpose of the workshop is to share my experience and keep you up to date on the real estate market in Orlando, which changes every day.  I take questions and provide free, important information and documents you must have to be a successful buyer.
